Upcoming 3rd Annual Canadian Bandster Bash...

The time to register for the 3rd Annual Canadian Bandster Bash & Wellness Conference is now!!! 2 months left till the great weekend we have planned – May 25th to 27th, 2007 at the Meadowvale Delta Hotel and Resort. We have confirmed all of our speakers and will be posting our final agenda in the next couple of days. We have people who join us from all over the world, I have been to the bash and it is fantastic for information and great to meet people going through what you are going through.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
