Caffeine - for what it's worth ...

Here is an interesting article about caffeine and it's effects. The section on Gastritis applies to WLS folks, so you may want to wait a bit before hitting the coffee, tea or other caffeinated beverages.< /p>

Interesting article.

I had to laugh though as I noticed that the author says that she now drinks "only" three cups per day in order to be safe (except during fashion week, which is obvi a hectic time for all of us! lol). :)
