Congrats. I also was over 300. I have lost 102lbs so far and I'm just so thrilled. In the beginning it was very difficult due to taking my meds, but once that was taken care of I started losing weight on a reg basis. I hit a couple stall periods but I ate more and exercised more to get me passed it. How's everyone doing??

Congratulations i am now under 300 too i am 268lbs. I have lost a total of 180 lbs.It is my skin i need to get rid of now. And another 50 lbs to go
