I read one thread where someone tries to stick to 30 grams of fat or less, 60 grams of carbs or less and 90 grams of Protein. Sugars as close to 0 as possible and Fiber at least 25 grams. Does this sound right? for 5:2? normal days eat what you would eat for the sleeve, protein first, lower carb, over 60 gms protein.... regular fluids.... between 1200-1500 cals depending on your exercise....the more you have to lose, the higher the protein... don't want to lose muscle... fast days, 500-550 40+ gms protein, stay away from sugar or white carbs... eat lots of veggies and low glycemic index foods... start eating later in the day on fast days if possible.
