Recycled 2,182 Posted February 3, 2014 I am not quite a month out and I can get in about 1000 calories in food and Protein drink but usually end up with a net around 300-400 after exercise. I try to get in more, but the 1k is tough enough. And with all the 30min. before and after waiting, getting in the 65+ ounces of liquids seems to be tougher too.
