LessofKat 38 Posted February 3, 2014 So I'm 3 months post op and I've lost 63 pounds so far. I'm am very pleased with my progress and I've started to exercise. I have been training for a 5k so I've started running on top of aerobics and weight lifting and I've noticed here lately that my appetite has increased. I was just wondering if this is normal?? terry1118 1,274 Posted February 3, 2014 Are you eating carbs? With me, carbs trigger cravings for more carbs. If that's not it, perhaps increased activity is making you hungry? Are you getting the Protein you need?
BBdoodle 483 Posted February 3, 2014 I always get more hungry when I workout - its a natural reaction that your body is going through. When workout and get hungry I usually reach for a Protein shake and that helps with the hunger pains. If you need to snack have something healthy !
LessofKat 38 Posted February 4, 2014 I stay away from carbs as much as possible. I get all my Protein & Vitamins in. I think it's bc I'm more active.
