Bronco0605 135 Posted February 3, 2014 I used to be a 44dd and I now am wearing a 40F but fit a 38G really well my band size is ALOT smaller. I have lost 73 pounds. I guess my breast have not really gotten any smaller but they are definitely saggier than before. I have already made an appointment with a plastic surgeon for a consultation. I know it depends on the dr and location, but Im just trying to get some type of ball park figure. A friend of mind got her boobs, Lipo, her stomach & thighs done for $30k...She was saying the breast surgery alone was about $8-$10k. Hers look great!
