February 2014 Fitness Challeng

Finally got off my keister (and pushed through the dense cloud of depression) and got back into the gym.

45 min with my trainer on Monday

1 hr Zumba today

My goal was to complete cardio exercise 5 times a week for the month. To date, I am on target. Did 5 days eac of the first two weeks and have 2 times this week so far

Ran the Disney Princess Half Marathon yesterday and had 13.1 miles of running and 5 miles of walking for the day. No wonder I'm in pain today!
