canadianchick 30 Posted February 2, 2014 Hi. Is anyone going to use Dr. Joya in PV Mexico?
winning*at*losing 7 Posted February 5, 2014 I had surgery with Dr. Joya January 22. I feel like everything went well. I am a nurse and everything at the hospital seemed safe. Stayed at the hotel 10 days post op and did a lot of walking, went to downtown (Malecon) a few times, went swimming, even had a few massages. I loved puerto vallarta! canadianchick 30 Posted April 3, 2014 Hi winningatlosing. How much weight have you lost? I used Dr. Joya too but I find I am stalled already..surgery was Feb11th. Just looking for some one else's experience.
slowtogo 301 Posted April 3, 2014 The stalls are normal you just have to stay with the plan. After the first few months the weight loss really slows. I am almost two years out. I now weigh 149. The last year I have only lost 11 lbs. But that's ok. It's still going down.
canadianchick 30 Posted April 4, 2014 Ho slowtogo, what plan do you mean? Did you get a meal plan? I have been trying to "wing it" myself...could be why I'm stalled !! lol
