macman 603 Posted February 8, 2014 I am six weeks out and had shrimp for the first time today. I cut up 3 oz of cooked shrimp with some cocktail sauce. I had to make sure I chewed it well but it went down easy.

lyladyp 120 Posted January 12, 2020 I am pretty simple with any type of Protein right now but I usually grill shrimp (in the oven) and make a shish kebab: shrimp, mushrooms, cherry tomato’s, and a few peppers, sprinkle with a tad bit of olive oil and a little seasoning of your choice. The good thing about shrimp is that it does not need a lot of seasoning and very easy to cook and save for the week.
