Just a few bites and I am full. Not hungry in the morning and no cravings at night. Am I finally in the green zone?

Sounds like it to me -- yippee! I just had a small fill the other day and am hoping this is it. So far so good. Appetite dimmed, whole other life besides food, food, food.

You are probably in the green however you have to keep up your nutrition or you will be come Vitamin deficient and all the other things that go with not eating. Try to eat healthy things at least four times a day. Because you can't just not eat.
