Larryh 5 Posted February 1, 2014 Wow I feel great. Since my Jan 2 surgery I have lost 39 lbs. Went from 44 waist to 38 waist. I have not had to take my diabetes medicines I am on soft/mashed foods. Like to eat fish, hated the chocolate Protein Shakes. I have not had any pains or problems eating. I just eating slowly. slowly. Eat carb master yogurt from Krogers. My dietitian had me switch to Kroger's Lite Greek yogurt which has 14 grams of Protein vs CarbMaster's 7 to 9 grams. 4 1Day1Life4Now, Pachary, Tess415 and 1 other reacted to this

Pachary 8 Posted February 1, 2014 That is great Larry! I am a couple of weeks behind you. Is that just from surgery/diet so far? Are you doing any cardio yet? Thanks for the inspiration, Paul
Texasmeg 568 Posted February 1, 2014 You're doing great! I'm also at one month and have lost 26 pounds (ten of it pre-op). My doc. still has me on a liquid diet and I am absolutely sick of the Protein drinks. I get to start solid food in six days (not that I'm counting).
