Week one after surgery

I did it! Trying to stay positive, but a little bit of me is freaking out at what I have done. Doing well on clear fluids and Protein. Getting my walking in, diarrhea finally stopped. Looking forward to next week and feeling even better! Is it normal not to sleep through the night? I seem to be getting up every 2-3 hours to walk around.

So good to here from someone with such a great recovery so soon, I'm heading in Tuesday so you make me feel better about that day. Not sure on the sleep issue but I have had numerous other surgeries and your body can respond differently after surgery and anesthesia. There are a whole bunch of drugs your body is metabolizing so give it some time. Congrats!!!!!!
