I Really Need Some Help!

:help: :help: hey guys i was banded 11-27-06 and im not doing to good :phanvan:cry 235/207/135 i have been stuck at 207 since january i havent lost or gained any weight in 2 month it stinks. i had 2 fills for a total of 2ccs in my 4cc band im trying to do the right thing, everything gets stuck all my protin but all tha fatting foods i can eat no problem. i really need help guys please help me some one :help:

Hi Melanie, if the healthy food is becoming stuck and the bad foods are going down maybe u r a little to tight, this is a possible cause for no weight loss, go see ur band doctor or talk it over with your dietician. Good luck, thats what i would do.
