scarlet333 386 Posted January 31, 2014 Easy - just start adding healthy calories each day until you are no longer loosing. Start with an extra 100 calories a day for a week. If this doesn't do it do 200 calories a day for a week etc. Try to make your calories healthy, like a handful of nuts, a piece of fruit, even Peanut Butter (1 tablespoon is 90 calories). I guess that's why I'm so confused.keep adding calories from healthy foods till you stabilize. Add Snacks if you can't eat enough at meals. It's a fine line between losing, maintaining and gaining.
