Must have been pretty overloaded with Fluid and swelling. I'm so impatient too.... Everytime I get off the couch I ask my husband "am I skinny yet?" 1 AJ Barefield reacted to this

jpov821 79 Posted February 14, 2014 My appetite was pretty strong today actually! I kinda felt hungry all day. I had 2 shakes, some sugar free Jello, broth and a lot of Water. Keep your head up. I'm sure you'll definitely have lost some weight by the 25th!!
gohelpyourself 377 Posted February 14, 2014 I did really well, and still am with the shakes.. I can get them down no prob. The soft diet I am on now is a bit challenging. I can only take a couple bites without my stomach going in to spasms. I am certain it gets better but I am feeling super fatigued. Hoping I get some energy soon. I only have one week left b4 I have to go to work.
jpov821 79 Posted February 14, 2014 I notice I get those same spasms when I drink to fast. I really hope it goes away!
