BiddyBody 11 Posted January 31, 2014 I am at week 8, have been stalled for over two weeks and my surgeons advice is - stick to the plan, make sure you're getting your calories, Protein, fluids and excercise and do not weigh yourself more than once a week. I ate at applebees (ordered the salmon from the weight watchers menu) and indulged in some spinich artichoke dip ..it was amazing ...by sun morning I was down 4 pounds..lol felt like a million bucks! You said yourself you clothes fit better, you feel better and I probably look better and younger, keep up the good work and it will pay off in the long run.
