Did you use ice during recovery from plastic surgery? I'm reading conflicting opinions (imagine that).

Interesting that I also read a surgeon explanation for why the patient instructions vary so widely. He said among having personal preferences that work for the surgeon and his patients, medical care is a biologic science not a physical science. So, the recommendations are made based on your biology as well as the preference of your surgeon and the standard of care guidelines. Makes sense.

Mine didn't recommend heat or ice. Most insistant on keeping everything clean.
