Graygr82 7 Posted February 1, 2014 I had my surgery the same day and I started at 254. Surgery weight was 230 and now I'm only 217 .. But my clothes are fitting better and getting to big so I am judging by that! Good luck
Aniusti 2 Posted February 2, 2014 From what I understand, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto weight for a little bit. This should pass. I had a 3 day period where I was the same weight each day but then started losing again. This is why it's important to exercise and get your Protein. This tells your body that you need your muscles and that it needs to burn fat. It also tells your body that food is still coming. I read that your body has to switch to fat burning and not muscle-burning or starvation mode. Your body is just adjusting right now.
