Susan-031314 179 Posted April 3, 2014 Chiming in late to this thread.... My Sleeve was done on the 13th. Please add me to the list. So far so good. I've shared a few of the same problems, but only mildly so. I have my 3 week check in tomorrow. We'll see how all is going then. I'm still in search of my goto protein.... Cheers to the whole group!! 2 CrazyJaney and MetroDetroitChic reacted to this
yolicious1 64 Posted April 3, 2014 I am trying different shakes, have liked Isopure and Unjury so far, some are simply too chalky for me. I wish that there was an unflavored Protein available... There are unflavored mixes. Google them.

Jerziegirl 42 Posted April 4, 2014 I think my almost 2 week stall has finally ended! Pre op-229 SW (3/3)-220.1 1 month-209 Today-208.5 It's been slow coming off but I know without my sleeve, it would be miserable and 20.5 pounds heavier! 1 sleevie.wonder reacted to this

second_time_round 4 Posted April 4, 2014 Hi everyone! I'm new here. I Had my lap band removed and revised to sleeve on March 6th. Surgery date I weighed 245 and yesterday was my one month post op date and I weighed-in at 225!!! I was told that often people who go from band to sleeve don't lose much weight, but I will see! .. So far I'm very pleased with my progress. 1 KajunGumbo reacted to this

Anyone else ????? my surgeon limits me to 1/4 cup of any food, must work, I've never been nauseous or in pain. I plan to stay 1/4 cup until I reach goal 1 Jaime_Boston reacted to this
sleevie.wonder 306 Posted April 4, 2014 I'm on purée stage but I'm finding it hard to consume a full serving (3 oz) and that makes if really hard to track my nutritional intake. Anyone else ????? Usually depends on what I am eating. I was allowed scrambled eggs on pureed and I could only stand a couple bites. But then if I was eating, say, Tomato Soup, I could definitely get in 3oz or so. For me, I eat until I am full, and that's it. Even if it is only two bites. I'm not going to force down 3oz and be uncomfortable just because a piece of paper says so . 3 Mrs. Whatsit, KajunGumbo and Jaime_Boston reacted to this

Well said, I could easily eat more than 1/4 cup but I won't 1 sleevie.wonder reacted to this
