dlfjr1 2 Posted January 29, 2014 I was wondering how many grams of fat, carbs, & Protein I should be getting on 1450 calories?
Blondiee 278 Posted January 29, 2014 What does your NUT say?
NMJG 1,266 Posted January 29, 2014 (edited) NUT is a good idea, but the OP may not have a NUT. I suggest you go online to Myfitnesspal.com and start a free account. You can set up your calories and play with the percentages of fats/protein/carbs and it will tell you how many grams it comes to. southernsoul 773 Posted January 29, 2014 Generally, I try to maintain a 40/30/30 split...40% of cals in Protein, and 30% each for carbs & healthy fats. I aim for 1000 cals a day, so that works out to about 100g Protein, 75 g carbs, & 33 g fat.
bearman99 228 Posted January 30, 2014 I would suggest if you subscribe to the carbohydrates leads to insulin release which leads to fat retention that you... Limit carbs to 70 or less grams per day Aim for 100-120grams of Protein Aim to fill in the balance of calories with fat (about 80g fat) This should be pretty appetite suppressing as the Protein and the fat will keep you feeling full and steady in energy.
