I have lost 10pds in a month.. my doctor told me I was doing great so no fill for me yet..I was thinking I'm not losing enough. gowalking 10,790 Posted January 29, 2014 You're doing fine. Typical weight loss is 1-2 lbs. a week. And if you are hungry and not satisfied on small amounts of food, that is when you should discuss fills with your doctor. I've lost 107 lbs. with no fills. I feel satiety on no more than 1,200 calories a day..and have from almost the beginning. Focus on how you feel, not how much weight you've lost.
