sunkissed 20 Posted January 31, 2014 I found that I had to Water down my shakes in the beginning or else I couldn't get them down. If you have some aleady purchased, experiment with the thickness, temperature and what you mix them with. To be honest, I really hated them in the beginning as well but over time, you do develop a taste for them. Now I kind of like them. This is weird for me because I used to like Protein Shakes before and now I even gag. Hopefully in a few weeks I can introduce healthy smoothies. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
