Day One On Pre Op Diet

Just thought I'll let you guys know how my day on the pre op diet was. Thank God it wasn't so bad after all. Just keep yourself real busy with other stuff other then food lol. and before you know it you'll be back to normal

I'm on day 7 and do great at work, it's when I get home and smell my family's dinner that is hard! I'm halfway there- it does get easier

You're right! Great advice. I'm on day 2. Really no hunger at all. Its mental to me.
