Another study on "food addiction"

Recommended Posts

Arts137,

Thank you for the link. I know I am a food addict. I went to Overeater's Anonymous for over a year in an effort to lose weight. The fellowship was great. Thank God for the tool I have now. I did learn to take one day at a time at those meetings and live in the present.

I'm a food addict, too. I've always told people who stressed eating more vegetables to lose weight... that wasn't the problem! Veggies don't satisfy my palate unless there is butter on them or some type of cheese sauce.

It's excellent that the modern medicine is finally recognizing food addiction.

Oh that article describes me to a T. Although, I've been doing really well about binging on things. It hasn't happened in a couple of months! Thanks for posting :)

Thank you for this article. There is more report on the food industry and how processing has created a population of obesity as well. This is a much greater issue than overeating.
