LynRN 294 Posted January 27, 2014 I was at Walmart and stumbled upon Farm Rich Sundried Tomato Basil chicken Meatballs. 1 serving = 6 meatballs (3 oz), 100 cal, 3.5g fat, 3g carbs, 15 g Protein. I baked 1 serving in a ramekin with 1/2 cup marinara. Top with some Parmesan and a little sautéed spinach with garlic and onions. Very tasty and with 22g protein. 7 backpacking5, Dorian, Scorpion11 and 4 others reacted to this

GastricBypassNY 25 Posted January 27, 2014 I'm so excited. These are low fat! I used to buy the regular Farm Rich meatballs and they were around 24g fat per serving. Great find, thanks!

BladeFox 235 Posted January 27, 2014 Most frozen foods are processed, so how much sodium was in it?
LynRN 294 Posted January 28, 2014
Most frozen foods are processed, so how much sodium was in it?
Sure it's processed and there is 610mg Sodium. But it's also low fat, low calorie, low carb and high Protein. No prepared food is going to be perfect. But if its tasty and helps me get my goals, I'm okay with it. 4 Dorian, Kiap82, taylokat and 1 other reacted to this
