Buckfever53 4 Posted January 26, 2014 14 DAY DIET IS GOING OK, 800 CALORIES REALLY ISNT THAT HARD. The first day of the diet was rough because i just switched to midnights so on top of being tired i was also hungry. Lost seven lbs in a week, which has me thinking maybe I can do this on my own without surgery but still gonna do the surgery. Not really getting nervous about the surgery itself but more that i will lose to much weight and will look worse then I do now. Here is some info 29 years old from New Jersey stared pre op diet at 260lbs down to 252. high b/p, back problems main reason for the surgery and also looking to learn to eat right. Any other sleevers out there in febuary getting ready?
Christian Zaccone 243 Posted January 26, 2014 Honest opinion is this. At your weight you could do it on your own. But you will more than likely put it back on plus some. My whole life has been up and down .. Now ive lost almost 200lbs in 9 months and i am so normal and will never put it back on.. You cant unless you "screw it up"... so u can but not me. I wish you all the luck Chris
Christian Zaccone 243 Posted January 26, 2014 Oh yeah.. I take in about 1000 calories per day and that includes my 1 Iced coffee,, I burn off about 500-600 a the gym at least 6 days per week,.,. Its a routine and i am still never ever hungary,, Its something to do with the part of the stomach they remove from you does control the brain.. At least i was told that by several of the medical professionals at my bariatric center Chris
