i might have aprotein shake 2-3 times per week.. not so much anymore. Im into crockpot meals now. Like ill put 5 chicken break in a crockpot raw with a large chicken broth, A full large bag of frozen carrots and another bag of frozen mixed veges. Ill live off of that for 6-7 meals .. Its easy.. let it cook on low for 8 hours and so moist..
