Ellenenchanted 12 Posted January 25, 2014 I am 31/2 mths out now, down 70 lbs today!! I am worried about myself though, I still have 50 lbs to go and my eating habits are slipping! I stick with my calories, but my diet is too high in carbs. Definitely not enough Protein. meat gets stuck, and is uncomfortable... Is that how it should be? sbward 0 Posted April 7, 2014 Sounds great to me. That's a great accomplishment. I'm 5 weeks out and I'm down only 23 pounds. In my mind I thought I'd have lost more. Inches are coming off quicker. I'm working out and lifting weights but it seems as if it's slowing down. I don't consume much food at all. Not sure if this is normal or if my expectations ate to high. Help!!!!
