Hello, fellow sleevers! I was wondering if anyone knows of any good websites or blogs for "sleeve-friendly" recipes? I'm at the point where I can now have chicken, fish, soft veggies, and small amounts of rice or Pasta. I'm looking for some ideas for dinner recipes. Thanks, all!

their are cookbooks available based on WLS surgery... sources are plentiful these days
