I've read a couple topics where a sleever mentions "5:2" but can't find the reference/definition when I search the forums. Is this some way of eating? Can someone explain?

Thanks y'all and Happy Fried-day!

It's the fast diet - mostly done by ppl who are trying to achieve their wt loss goals after 1-2 years of havin surgery. There's a forum for it. Don't hve the link...

That sounds really interesting, if anyone has the link, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks, everyone! Sounds logical but I still can't imagine only eating 200-250 calories a day (on the fast days), even just 3 months out! lol

5:2 is aimed at people who basically are vets ie at least a year out from surgery and. They eat 500 calories on a fast day and eat their normal portions on non fast days.
