Jersrose43 837 Posted March 28, 2014 With these insurances you pay per month? Is it a contract? My insurance is Medicaid so I'm not familiar but am considering switching or getting an addition insurance for my revision. You have to apply through the affordable care act. Healthcare.gov. If you qualify for Medicaid you likely will be forced to keep that. If you can afford health insurance very month you won't be on Medicaid and likely will lose your status
sleeve30 33 Posted April 2, 2014 My BCBS NJ is now active. I will see the doctor on the 23rd... very optimistic about it. 1 Susysleever reacted to this

Kindle 8,667 Posted June 7, 2014 That's great...glad you were able to get a plan that works. I tried to do the same thing, but unfortunately there is no individual plan offered in Idaho that covers WLS. So I traded in the truck down payment I had been saving up for surgery in Mexico. I couldn't be happier driving my 15 year old Ford!

I just wish I had medicare. Utah didn't extend it, of course.
