Is anybody measuring your food and how many Ounces are you eating.

I have bee told that I need to take 1oz of meat 2T of vegetables and 2 table spoons of Beans

I'm very confused.

One month out for me too. My directions are 1/3 cup of my Protein item, and 2 tablespoons of non starchy veggies / fruit. Only one shake per day now. 8 cups of water/fluids.
