Fiddleman 4,376 Posted January 22, 2014 I am spending a few days fending for myself so needed to come up with something shamelessly easy, yet tasty. 1/4-1/2 cup canned chicken 1/4-1/3 cup light mayo 1/4 teaspoon sweet curry powder Sliced almonds. Pulverize it in a bowl with a spoon or fork and you have a high Protein meal with a slight Indian flavor. Pretty good if I do say so myself and ready in 1 minute. 4 ☠carolinagirl☠, michelle68, LindafromFlorida and 1 other reacted to this
SandeeD 363 Posted January 22, 2014 I make this all the time, but I don't think you meant 1/4-1/3 cup of mayo., did you? 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
mistysj 1,940 Posted January 22, 2014 Can you share this in the recipe section, Fiddle? It looks like it would be appropriate for purée or soft? 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
Fiddleman 4,376 Posted January 23, 2014 Yes, mix it into a puree. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
Wls4me 163 Posted February 5, 2014 I bet Cajun seasoning would be good too. And you could change up the nuts, maybe walnuts for some other healthy fats. You could get really creative with just this simple recipe. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and Fiddleman reacted to this
