lizrbit 0 Posted April 2, 2007 TEACHER!!! i have the answer! the answer is...allow yourself to blow it! i hadnt had anything like what i did last night this whole time, and regretfully i know not to even try doughballs of any kind and to stay far away from the steak (for me its just not worth the effort) and i am liquiding today for the sake and forgiveness of my stomach and my band, so i stepped on the scale this afternoon expecting to be heavier and ... i was two lbs lighter! and this was with a week of NO scale moving at all with regular workouts and limited caloric intake! i think the natural order WANTS us to Celebrate sometimes (just not as often as we were) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
