BestYet2Come 97 Posted January 22, 2014 Hi friends! I thought we could start a thread of great low-calorie, high Protein, or just plain delicious food products as we re-learn our diets. I recently found this DELICIOUS blue cheese salad dressing that is yogurt based and has just 35 calories for 2 tablespoons. There are different kinds also (Ranch, Honey Mustard, etc.). I have used it on salads (yes, I can tolerate lettuce!) but also to moisten my Proteins (steak, chicken, etc.). I will post more as I remember other products. I hope this is helpful to someone! What is your favorite food item these days? xoxo http://www.bolthouse.com/products/dressings/creamyyogurts 2 elsnanny and Kaysosa reacted to this

LuckyT 58 Posted January 22, 2014 I like hard boiled eggs - great Protein source, soft food & portable . Also baked chicken thighs are perfect size for new tummy. Quick snack is half of a Power Crunch bar - 7.5 grams Protein for a half and only 100 calories, oh and sugar is only 2.5 (again this is for only a half a bar - whole bar makes me too full plus is 200 calories!); they are kind of like a wafer cookie so help get me past crunchy/sweet cravings that still happen on occasion. My favorite Protein Drink is Premier chocolate protein from costco. Ordered strawberry flavor on-line and hoping they are equally as good as their chocolate.< /p> 1 BestYet2Come reacted to this
Beachbum2017 108 Posted January 22, 2014 Totally addicted to Light & Fit Toasted Coconut vanilla Greek Yogurt. Eat it every morning for Breakfast and sometimes during the day if I need a "sweet treat"! 80 calories, 12 g of protein! 2 BestYet2Come and CrazyJaney reacted to this
Thick'n'Thin 171 Posted January 22, 2014 I'm loving: roast beef with cheese, eggs over easy, fish prepped all kinds of ways. Sometimes I dust it in saltine and parmesan, or even dusting it in this powdered cream of broccoli Soup mix I have...lol. End it with a fresh squeeze of lemon. I have 93% lean turkey burgers that I put a slice of cheese, mustard, SF Heinz ketchup, and SF sweet relish on. 1 BestYet2Come reacted to this
BestYet2Come 97 Posted January 23, 2014 I have to try it! For the past year I have gotten addicted to Chobani's Coconut/Almond Greek Yogurt, but it is loaded with calories (230) - it is more like a meal. Yours sounds like a healthier alternative, thanks for sharing! Totally addicted to Light & Fit Toasted Coconut vanilla Greek Yogurt.
