I've heard a few people say they just chew a couple of Flintstone Completes a day. Is it okay to do this In place of the B12 and other Vitamins we are supposed to be taking? Or do you have to take these in addition to those?

you still need the B12, even if it's in there...biotin helps with the hair and nails, and Calcium citrate... good luck

I take Flintstones in addition to Calcium (viactive), Vitamin D, Biotin, and B-12 sublingual once a week. I also get monthly B-12 injections because I had pernicious anemia before the surgery.

Call your program and ask them. Each has different rules for Vitamins.< /p>

B-12 is important on its own/in addition, because once you have a deficiency it is difficult to overcome it.
