Teachamy 1,042 Posted January 21, 2014 They will most likely ask you for a typical diet and explain to you what your diet will be after surgery. Hopefully they will encourage you to set up meal plans before surgery as well and get you started on MyFitnessPal or some other tracking site. If you need to lose weight prior to surgery, they will give you help with that too. And expect to be weighed. (with no judgment at all ) Very easy. Good luck!
