JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted January 21, 2014 Ive heard some people use Flintstone complete chewable Vitamins. Anyone do this? I did. My nut suggested them because they also contained minerals. I took two at a time.
micphd 7 Posted January 21, 2014 I did this as well (or the generic version of them depending where I was shopping). My NUT and surgeon make it part of my daily meds. No problems taking them either
LIL RED 62 Posted January 21, 2014 The bariatric nurse recommended flintstones twice a day. They have Iron in them. Calcium 1000mg and B12 three times a week. I just take it every day 1000 mcg plus Biotin for the hair. It's shedding badly.
Mrs.RRn 2,111 Posted January 21, 2014 That's what I take: one in the am, one in the afternoon.
LIL RED 62 Posted January 21, 2014 I meant two Flintstones once a day. I split them up sometimes . Also, wait two hours before taking your Calcium supplements after the Iron.< /p> 1 Mrs.RRn reacted to this
