So, question is, I'm 5 weeks out and at my 30 day check up last week, my nutritionist said that my portion size for my morning Protein smoothie was too large. She's new and kind of an airhead, so thought I'd check here with the real experts! lol My smoothie contains frozen fruit, milk or juice and Protein powder and I told her I can drink about 4-6 ounces of it. Carlotta1 401 Posted January 21, 2014 I get a gladiator from smoothie king. Smallest size which is about 20 oz and I sip on it for 3 hours. I don't think your shake is certainly too big.
