mistysj 1,940 Posted January 20, 2014 If you do a search for books you will find a ton. Are sure to tell it to look in all forums. I know there is a current thread in Research and Statistics. 1 chefcoll reacted to this
Allan Cameron 98 Posted January 20, 2014 (edited) There are two books I've left on my Kindle since before I had the surgery, they are "The Sleeved Life: A Patient-toPatient Guide on Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Weight Loss Surgery by Pennie Nicola" and "The Big Book on Gastric Sleeve: Everything you Need to Know to Lose Weight and Live Well with the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy by Alex Brecher and Natalie Stein." I've also got a couple of cookbooks, but I don't really use them all that often... ad1203 85 Posted January 21, 2014 The Big Book on Gastric Sleeve ... by Alex Brecher is a great source of information. They answered just about any question you can think of. I also read The Sleeved Life and found that helpful also. 1 chefcoll reacted to this
capecoralgrandma 44 Posted January 21, 2014 I also downloaded Pennie Nicola's book, "The Sleeved Life: A Patient-to-Patient Guide on Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Weight Loss Surgery" and bought Alex Brecher's "Big Book on Gastric Sleeve," both very helpful before and after surgery. I especially liked Pennie's book because it is from the perspective of a patient. 1 chefcoll reacted to this
