Isopure is the only one I really like.

I like muscle milk. It is easy to find. I can get it at wal mart . The price is pretty reasonable about $6 for 4 11 ounce shakes. 20 grams of Protein in each one.

I like Premier Protein. I like the cholocate as is. I thought the vanilla was gross until I added 2 tables spoons of light canned coconut cream and 2 tables spoons of pinapple juice. It tastes exactly like a pina colada to me. It's so good.

Is Premiere Protein in powder form or already made up? I tried the strawberries and cream in muscle milk and thought it would have been delicious because I love strawberries. Maybe I should try it again

Premier Protein is RTD liquid. It's pretty cheap at Sams Club - just under $19 for a pack of 12 17oz boxes.

I do what niassy151 does. If I don't like it, I just start adding other stuff it until I do. My favorite combinations:

powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury strawberry Sorbet with Crystal Lite Lemonade

Isopure banana Crème with milk instead of Water, and 1/2 banana

Syntrax Grapefruit with Crystal Lite Lemonade (tastes like Fresca)

Not a big fan of the ready to use brands from the stores, but others on the forum prefer them. We are so individual.

The only thing that I've found that I like and has great Protein is GNC lean and Go ready to drink shakes. They have 25gm protein per bottle and it's not thick or overly sweet. I get vanilla bean and add SF Syrup or chocolate to change it up. I don't like powders because I can't ever get that chalky feeling off my tongue!! Yuck!!

Oh yeah it only has 6 gm of sugar per bottle. 170 cals.

They always have some type of special so the price isn't crazy.
