jatherley 126 Posted January 20, 2014 So I made these low carb pancakes for dinner with some turkey bacon. They turned out pretty good. When I put them into myfitnesspal it's showing 20 calories per cake but not as much Protein as I'd have liked. 1.2 grams per cake. They tasted good though.
