Sharpie 3,306 Posted January 20, 2014 I did muscle milk and GNC Lean shakes while on my pre-op,, I don't think ensure was on my list.. I know it has Protein but too much sugar for me..
Weightogo123 34 Posted January 20, 2014 Thanks, But does muscle milk taste good or is it very heavy. I'm looking for something that is light in texture
AnnetteT 77 Posted January 20, 2014 I didn't care for Ensure. I tried many types of Protein Powder, but Designer whey is my favorite. I buy the vanilla and then add a little sugar free pudding mix to change the flavors up. My favorite is vanilla Protein powder, strawberries and a tsp. of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix blended with unsweetened almond milk. It tastes like a milkshake. You can make so many combinations by switching up the fruits and flavored puddings. 1 m.simpson88 reacted to this
Leepers 1,195 Posted January 20, 2014 I loved the Ensure high Protein. If you like a lighter texture, the EAS Advantage are good. I liked the strawberry especially.
