11 days post op and only lost 7 pounds since surgery Kinda disappointed. I'm hoping once I get off full liquids I will lose more.

Don't be disappointed, you're more than likely still swollen from surgery. I only lost 5 lbs. the first week, but at three weeks was down 26 lbs. My wife was sleeved two months after me and had very similar results. It's been a little over 8 months for me, 6 months for her...I hit my goal 2-3 weeks ago and she hit hers 4 weeks ago...lovin' life!

And remember, the scale is just one indicator. The important measures of success are your ability to stick with your nutrition and exercise plans, and how good you'll be feeling a year from now!
