Just joined the gym after 7 years with lapband

I am almost 7 years out with my band. I have a love hate relationship at the moment with her. I got a fill last month and in the last 2 weeks started having issues in the am. So i cant eat my Breakfast or lunch but i can eat my dinner no problem. Well i am 20 lbs away from my goal and decided to join a gym. Now i haven't been to a gym for 4 years. So i am wondering if anyone can give me a few pointers.. I do an hour of cardio that consists of 15 min warm up on the bike and 45 on the treadmill at automatic that changes the speed and inclines thru out my time. What else should i be doing to hit my target?
