ducan diet and post sleeve weight regain

i had sleeve gastrectomy 2 years ago ,lost 50 kg in 18 month starting weight regain of 8 kg since 6 month

can ducan diet be of help

The Dukan diet looks similar to Atkins diet, but with two major differences: exclusion of high fat, inclusion of oat bran. I like that it is high Protein and encourages the consumption of targeted vegetables. In a way, it is how most post op WLS folks are encouraged to eat until they relax their diet a bit.
