naenaern777 345 Posted April 8, 2014 I did 35minutes on the elliptical and 50 minutes circuit/strength training this afternoon and just got back from week 2 day 1 of C25K. This morning I have a meeting that will mean no chance to exercise today. Boo! Anyway someone had to much wine last night and needs to work it off. Today I did walk away the pounds 4 mile walk and ran 2 miles. and it's only 12:45 pm!
