KayVon 68 Posted January 18, 2014 On my diet it's high Protein low carb low sodium sugar free so I get two shakes a day and one meal. Now I don't season anything but I'm on Day 4 and I was wondering if rosemary ans thyme are okay to season lets say chicken with? Has anyone asked their nutritionist? Please give me feed back.
