Foods that I can eat..

I am wondering what kind of foods are ok for me to eat. I don't mean if they will get stuck of cause me to gag. I mean what kind of foods are good food choices. For instance...Is yogurt ok, is tuna ok, for a little something sweet is 100 calorie packs ok? This is just some of the things I enjoy that don't bother me. Any advice on this or other foods that I can eat would be greatly appreciated. Since I can't eat that much food, I want to be sure that I am eating things that are good for me. Thanks!:)
